Made in France by Minibel. The shoes are made out of smooth brown/blue/pink leather and they feature flower on the side of the boot. 
Interesting combination - we LOVE IT. The boots are leather lined inside with breathable leather innersole. The shoes are orthopedic (have arches), breathable leather innersoles and black rubber soles.  The shoes slide easily on child’s foot and close with a side velcro. Superior quality product hand made. Width: Fits Wide to Extra Wide (WEW) base.
